• Negotiated a settlement between an independent film producer and the Directors Guild of America regarding a dispute over Guild benefit payments

 

• Negotiated the sale of a multi-million-dollar Northern California sporting event company

 

• Resolved a copyright infringement  dispute between a YouTube multi-channel network (MCN) and Sony/ATV
